Rules and Regulations for Parents:
- Guardians must attend monthly parent’s meeting.
- Monthly tuition fees shall be paid within the first 10th day of the current month. Tk.50 fine per day will be charged for late payment after 10th day of the month.
- If guardians are concerned about any issue of their child, they will first make a written request to the Academy authorities to remedy the matter. If the authorities do not take action within 7 days of filing the application, they will be able to take appropriate legal action.
- Students arriving just after the class has begun will be considered late and Tk.20 will be charged as fine for the first 10 minutes & Tk.50 will be charged as fine for the next 11-30 minutes. After 30 minutes; students will not be allowed to attend the class (without strong a valid reason/ valid reasons.)
- For being late in three consecutive classes/days in a week; additional Tk.100 will be charged as fine.
- School uniform is a must to attend the class. The guardians must bear the cost of all the uniforms.
- Sick Leave: The pupil needs to submit an application with the guardian’s signature for one day leave. The copy of the doctor’s prescription has to be submitted for more than two days’ sickness.
- Advance Leave: The guardians should submit an application with valid reasons.
- Parents must submit the application and documents within 3 days of the availed leave; if not, the leave will be considered as unauthorized and Tk.100 will be charged for each day.
- Continuous absence/ late arrival may cause dismissal from the school.
- Disclosure of all previous character defects and conduct is necessary.
- To insult teachers, staff or a member of the community is an inexcusable offence and any child found to be guilty of such behavior would be liable for sanctions/ dismissal.
- Incomplete or false information provided by the parents / guardians may result in invalidating the candidate’s application.
- Parents cannot take leave for their children for any event that conflicts with Islam.
- All the above rules and conditions and any other rules and conditions deemed necessary must be adhered to.
